Cases referred by a Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court

There is NO cost to the parties if your case is referred by a J&DR court in Virginia. You can try mediation services for free.

Self-Initiated Referral – A mediation session is $250 for a 2-hr session. The cost for drafting a mediated agreement ranges between $100 and $200. Additional mediation sessions may be scheduled if needed. The mediator will share the time required and the cost for drafting your agreement at the conclusion of your mediation session. 

It is possible to attend a 2-hr mediation session and receive a mediated agreement, unique to your circumstances, for $350. Payment may split between parties.

Co-parenting Class (Coming Soon!) – The co-parenting facilitator uses the Two Parents, Two Homes curriculum. The class covers different models of parenting from separate homes and common co-parenting challenges. The curriculum meets the requirements of the Code of Virginia. The fee is $50.
